Jane Fischer deThouars is now accepting  a few Welsh Ponies and/or Welsh Ponies of Cob Type in for training, show training, and shows.  I want to focus on Sections A, B, C, and  Half-Welsh, 13.2 hands and under.  I will accept other breeds also, as long as they are in the size range. Please call me if you have a question on whether or not I will take your larger animal.  I may consider bigger ones on an individual basis, depending on the type of training you wish.

My Welsh Training and/or Show programs will include:
Halter & conditioning, Pleasure Driving, English Pleasure (Hunt seat and Saddle seat), Hunter Over Fences, Western, Ridden Welsh Classic, and just plain pleasure.

For pleasure driving I can only take Section A's due to my equipment as my work cart and harness is sized for 11 hands up to 12.2 hands maximum only. If you have your own cart/harness and would like for me to harness train your bigger ones (up to 13.2 hands) in your equipment, please call and talk to me.

REASONABLE RATES - for 13.2 hands & under:
Training and/or conditioning & PADDOCK board - STALLIONS 2 & over...…$400 per month
Training and/or conditioning & PADDOCK board - Mares & Gelds ………$350 per month

I also trained a fair share of Arabian Halter horses winning many classes and championships.  In the Arabians I have also won in Western & English Pleasure and Equitation.  Also I have numerous trophies and high point awards when I was showing in Open Breed Western & English Pleasure and Equitation, 'Stock' Horse, and Hunter & Jumper (with AQHA, Thoroughbreds, American Walking ponies, POA's and my
Appaloosa) in my younger days.
